We strive to see families through all of life's changes and aim to be one of the go to places for the local community on the East Sussex coast for health and wellness. Our team all love Chiropractic care and receive regular adjustments themselves.

I’ve been visiting Rachel now for over a year she is exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable and I love her kind caring approach. I was in a lot of pain needing a knee replacement when I first saw her and she literally kept me on my feet prior to my operation. Now I have my new knee she straightens me out every couple of weeks. I had pulled a muscle in my back, and had other repetitive strain injuries I had thought would never get better.  After just 3 sessions with Dr Karen Philips my spasming back stopped within 2 days of first session, and now am feeling better and more agile than I have in years! We just get used to our aches and pains, but Karen has shown me I didn't need to. Will now continue regular maintenance sessions. Highly recommend the quick, easy and efficient handling of all appointments too.

I'm seeing him for a rather persistent shoulder injury, i think a may be his greatest challenge yet 🤭 We always have such a laugh and he's amazing at his job and i think part of this is due to having injured his own shoulders on a couple of occasions,  therefore he has a really good understanding of what's going on inside. He has a totally different approach compared to other Chiropractors I've seen and i would highly recommend him. The Reception (Sorry i can't remember your name) is also lovely.

I see all the chiropractors at the clinic interchangeably as they all offer unique, specialised and fantastic treatments. There is a chiropractor to suit everyone's needs and preferences at this clinic.
