Reflexology is a type of therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet. The theory is that this eases stress, and so helps your body work better. It’s also known as zone therapy. The pressure points on the outside connect to the inside, much like acupunture and acupressure, however reflxology doesn’t use points all over your body, primarily it uses the feet and sometimes the hands and ears too.
