Jackie Fosbury

Jackie is an experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist and supervisor in psychotherapy. Her NHS psychotherapy service won a quality in-care award. She practices Cognitive Analytic Therapy – CAT. She has appeared on TV and has written and lectured on psychotherapy and long-term conditions. Jackie is particularly interested in working on mind/body interactions which would involve the bodily manifestations of depression, anxiety, and disordered eating.
CAT is a relational therapy – how we have developed to negatively relate to ourselves and often others. Clients are offered an assessment session, normally 1.5 hours and if appropriate booked in for 4, 50-minute sessions to decide the next steps. She is available at The Peacehaven Chiropractic Clinic on Mondays.
